In this prototype build, the parent gate uses a mock PIN. Production PIN reset and biometric recovery are still planned work. If you need to clear the local prototype state, use the in-app account deletion flow or remove the app from your device.

Subscriptions are managed through Apple. To cancel: open your iPhone Settings → tap your name → Subscriptions → tap Millio → tap Cancel Subscription. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You will retain premium access until then.

In the parent area, open Support → Account management → Delete account and household data. This removes the local household, child profiles, premium state, and session data from the device. Because this prototype stores data locally, deleting the app achieves the same result.

Stars are awarded when a challenge is fully completed — including confirming the answer. If the app was interrupted (home button pressed, incoming call) during a challenge, the completion may not have been recorded. Try closing and reopening the app, then completing a new challenge. If the issue persists, please contact us with your device model and iOS version.

In the parent area, open the child settings screen. You can adjust challenge timing, challenge mode, session limit, voice answers, and allowed topics there. Changes take effect immediately for the current child profile.

Millio is currently available for iPhone (iOS 16+). iPad support is in development. An Android version is on our roadmap but does not have a confirmed release date. Sign up for updates at support@milliokids.app.
